Xbox Live Issues

Hello, so my profile on xbox live is Redshoesbasher, my subscription to Gold was (supposedly) renewed on September 1. Since that time, it has not worked at all really. It won't even sign into xbox live, it just says "some features are unavailable". all the time. Netflix doesn't work, etc etc. Any ideas as the what gives?

When you say your subscription was supposedly renewed, have you checked your account here (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to make the renewal did take place?

You can try deleting your profile and clearing out your cache then redownloading it or may be a billing issue if this continues even after all that you may want to contact xbox

No this page you linked me to says I have made no transactions, ever. Since I have made multiple purchases via Xbox live over the last few months, I don't think this is accurate. It seems this BashaFace profile on here, is not the same as my xbox live profile. And Xbox Live Gold features seem to still work, just nothing is working well. Netflix works for about one minute, it disconnects from xbox live constantly with the "some features are unavailable".

What error code do you get when the 'Some features are unavailable' message shows up BashaFace?

Well, over the last week or so, it has given me no less than 5 different "not working" screens, most recently it said "Can not connect to xbox live, do you want to sign out to test your connection? 80151909". I have tested my connection. It tests fine. Back to the home screen, sign in, and once I do anything (try to download or look at console settings etc) its a new error of similar nature.

800705b4 is another code with the message "some content is unavailable". I literally can not look at anything on the xbox without some error code or something signing me out, etc. Pretty crazy stuff

It seems a profile download failed. You must redownload your profile for Xbox Live to work.

Try redownloading your profile using this link: support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

Have you got any other error codes, or just that one?

The error code 800705b4 is associated with Windows Media streaming.

Have you been streaming from/to Windows Media Center?

No I have not used Window Media Player, I detest that program lol I will try the profile redownload and get back to you shortly, thanks

"This feature is temporarily unavailable 8015000a" is the message I get when I try to get to Account Security, as part of the process to downloading my profile.
