Last night around 8pm PST i lost connection to Xbox Live in the midst of playing Titanfall. Now, every time I turn on my Xbox One my pins won't display and I have a message on the right saying "The problem may be on our end, we are working to get it resolved." I've read here that some people are resolving this by doing a hard reset. How do you perform a hard reset, is that the same as going back to factory settings?
Also, I'd have to assume Microsoft is aware of this issue... does anyone know if they're working to get this resolved? I miss Titanfall so I may just do the hard reset but I want to make sure I am doing the reset properly.
