xbox live issue pls help

Hello i am new to all this i got my elite 15 days ago and everything worked fine

After several days i made an xbox live account and i played some games while connected to live and everything worked 

After getting fable 2 the problem started and now it is with every other game.

Now let's get on the thing:

When i turn my console on it auto connects me to live.While i am on the dashboard live works perfectly.

Now the problem starts when i turn on my console i open the tray as soon as it shows me the dashboard and insert a game and start it.When the game starts loading and comes to the game title screen it shows me this message"Disconnected from xbox live"

I press the guide button and go to the option"Connect to xbox live"while i am still in the game i wait and then it shows me a message"Failed to connect to xbox live"Than i have 2 options:Ok and test connection i press test connection and it gets out of the game and it just connects me to live.

I don't know why is this happening everything is new 

But i get the problem fixed when i wait on the dashboard a few minutes and then insert the game or when i change the cable port on my router and reset m y router

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm by no means a connection or network expert but I see no one has tried to answer you yet so, here goes.

Some games require "Updates" when they are started for the first time to patch problems that were not fixed before release and you will be disconnected from Live to apply this update before you start playing and then it will reconnect automatically.  If you don't accept the update, you will stay signed out of Live.

Could this be what you're experiencing?

If not, could you try running your internet directly from your modem to your Xbox and bypass your router, this will help to verify if it is your router causing the issue or something else.

No it doesn't have to do with updates lol

I tried running the test connection again in my xbox and it tells me "Your NAt is moderate"Is this causing the problem?????

i did it thx for your help but i did not know how to do all that allone so i called my internet service and the guys helped me i mean done everything thx for ur help
