Xbox Live - Horrible Customer Service - Sub Par Nework Security - Shady Business Practices

My account was recently hijacked...my credit card number was stolen and used to purchase $130 dollars in points. After countless hours on the phone, I still have not been refunded...nobody at microsoft seems to care. I am not surprised after reading this forum, that it seems that I am not alone but just another fool who has been duped by the xbox lives sub par network security and illegitimate business practices.

Call support back and get an unauthorised access investigation opened. Do not hang up until you're told that the investigation is opened.
