Hello, i need help. Im having an issue with my xbox live. I got a prepaid number from a buddy and i put it in online and it says im a gold member on xbox.com. But when i sign in online on xbox it still says free account. What do i do?
If you redeemed the code on the website it is entirely possible the email address you used to sign in is not associated with the gamertag where you wanted to use the prepaid code. If you redeemed the code accidentally on a different account, call Xbox Customer
Support to see if it is possible to get a replacement. If it was redeemed on the correct account, try deleting your profile (profile only, not profile and items), then clearing the system cache and redownloading your profile.
