I'm mad because I was not told my gamertag would be canceled if I removed my credit card off my account. I was told I would be issued a token for the remaining time and then was told that I wouldn't get a token because xbox support couldn't issue for that amount of time. Not only did they cancel my gamertag membership my sons was canceled also. I can't believe they told me there is nothing I could do to make up for my remaining time of 12 days for my gamertag and 12 days for my sons gamertag. If anyone knows of any one I can contact to maybe resolve this problem Please let me know.
