Xbox Live Gold

I'm mad because I was not told my gamertag would be canceled if I removed my credit card off my account. I was told I would be issued a token for the remaining time and then was told that I wouldn't get a token because xbox support couldn't issue for that amount of time. Not only did they cancel my gamertag membership my sons was canceled also. I can't believe they told me there is nothing I could do to make up for my remaining time of 12 days for my gamertag and 12 days for my sons gamertag. If anyone knows of any one I can contact to maybe resolve this problem Please let me know.

If you have a credit card attached to an active subscription and you cancel the credit card it will remove any Live time from the attached accounts. If the remaining Live time on your account(s) is less than 30 days you will not be redeemed for it.

 

I would stick to using pre-paid cards to avoid situations like this in the future.
