Xbox live gold

I've been a member of Xbox gold for 5 years uninterrupted and I finally ran out this morning but I bought a 3 month gold membership through my console. I got the verification that the membership was bought from my bank account. So when I try to connect to gold it won't let me. Please either fix this or refund me
