Xbox Live Gold subs suspended

Hi....I was using a 12 month Gold subscription up to the back end of last year which was paid for using an old Paypal account which I don't use now.  When the subscription ran out I bought a 12+1 month code from Electronic First and added it to the account, but it seems Microsoft renewed the 12 month subscription through the old Paypal account as well, so there is 26 months on the account but I've only paid for the prepaid code.  Now the XBL account is suspended and my friends list has been removed.  I've tried to get into the account but the email address it uses to send the security code to is no longer in use and apparently I have to wait over a month to add a current one.  Any advice would be appreciated.

Just for future reference, when you purchase gold time on your account from an online offer the service will be automatically renewed unless you turn off auto renewal.

Suggest you contact a Billing Agent. You can choose Option 1 after finding your country's support line: See http://tinyurl.com/XBLnumbers ...

 

but a faster way to speak to a Billing Agent is to go to http://xbox.com - sign in there if you can - then go to http://support.xbox.com/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:2:5

 

Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.
