Xbox live Gold purchase and Support

Right, so somehow i got billed for 2x 3 month Gold on my account. Since i obviously didn't do that, there must have been some mistake. Now i of course want to cancel one of those 3 month gold subscriptions, since it was a mistake. The thing is though, i apparently can't get through the support page on the xbox.com site. I don't know why, but it is just grey, i cannot click that i want them to call me, i cant click on the chat, nor the email support function. Why is that ? Don't really get it.

I would give phone support a call directly to deal with this double charge the number is 1-800-469-9269 for the US or Canada.

Yeah i thought i'd have to call them, the thing is i can't find the number. Im from Denmark, so i don't think i can use that number :/
