Xbox live gold, paid or 3 months microsoft cancled after 3 weeks??????

As above says an im upset to say the least, the site says i am subscribed but my Xbox one says not, and i had an email off Microsoft saying it has been cancelled.

This is not the first time this has happened and it is starting to make me wonder whether or not i should sell it and go PlayStation.

please can somebody help as there is no number to call and has took 10 minutes to get to this point, starting to wonder why i bought this machine now.....

Depending on which country you're from there is a number to call, if no number can be found you can always try to contact Microsoft Support by chat through the support section of the site

( NOT the Xbox Ambassadors/Community Volunteer as they can't gain insight to profile related issues ) There is a different option for Microsoft support by chat
