Xbox Live Gold not working?

I was logging into Destiny to do the weeklies, and on the Director, everything involving online play is locked. Can't join multiplayer or co-op. I go on Xbox.com, and it says that I cannot have more than one Gold membership per account. So...is anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

Sorry to hear it.  There are currently no system alerts regarding online play.  The only thing I can suggest here is to try deleting your gamertag only (not gamertag and items) then restart the console and redownload it.

If you cannot access online play after that you should contact phone support for more assistance.  If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269
