recently I bought a 12 month membership for xbox live, I entered it many times and it keeps popping on the screen saying ' there was a problem with the xbox live service try again later STRATUS CODE:80169D3A' can anyone help me?
That error code usually means that there's an issue with your account and it's been locked. You'll need to contact support in order to get it fixed. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
