Xbox live February update has made my Xbox have severe connection issues.

After downloading the Xbox update 2 days ago, my console has had many problems connecting to Xbox live. I spent over an hour on the phone with a Xbox customer service representative so I've done all the basic troubleshooting like router power cycles and redownloading the update. I don't need technical help. I have read about many others having these kind of issues. I would like Microsoft to acknowledge that there is a problem with the update and I would like a date that it will be fixed. Otherwise I will be canceling my live services and selling all my Xbox products. This is a service I pay for and I can no longer use it.

I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps with a Xbox representative. My connection was fine and had no troubles before the update. I have made no ISP, router, modem, or any other changes to my Xbox. Now it no longer works. The only variable that changed was the update. I'm getting the same "Live Connection Error" that other people are getting after the update. Again, this is a service I am paying money for that I can no longer use. Please let me know of any other suggestions.

When you spoke to a support tech, what did they tell you to do, in terms of what to do after you've tried all of the troubleshooting steps given by him / her?

Well we thought it was working because I was going through an isolated time when I can connect for more than 2 minutes so the rep scheduled a call back to check on my issue. But shortly after our phone call i was disconnected from live. So it's still unresolved.

I sure have. I have tried without NAT setting on and with it on and I have tried with port forwarding and without. Again the only variable that changed in my connection was the Xbox update. Thank you for your rapid responses.

Yes I think it is. What I'm trying to find out is if Microsoft has realized that it is an issue. If they haven't no work is being done to fix this. If anyone else is having similar issues please post here. We can see if this really is a major problem.

What Country/State/Province do you live in? 
Modem brand & model number: 
Router brand & model number: 
If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?
Things you have tried: 
Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown
Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT?
Any Error Codes you encounter: 
Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? 
After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)
W:
X:
Y:
Z:
ID:
L:
Q:
T:
D:
S:
C:

 

This will then help us narrow the issue down.

It says i cant connect because of the IP adress error code? its rarely happens and i havent been able to play for like 4 days, please help. (also my characters wont load there pictures (shirts, clothes, face, and etc)) if that helps and it when i test it, it goes from xbox 360 to my network and after like 10 times with the green dots (for loading) it has the cannot connect to xbox live would you like to see more info, then i click it and it says IP error and ive done the tests and everyting? please help me solve my problem!
