Xbox live family pack problem

I run a family pack with my Dad, brother and friend who lives just a couple of houses away. This week-end all of there Gold membership reverted to silver (My friend on friday, brother on sunday, and dad yesterday. But we renewed the subsciption this past December. Can someone please explain what is going on and how to fix it.

Can you please login to the primary account and take a look to see if these accounts are still under the Gold Family Pack? If so, you'd need to remove each account and then add them back in. It seems that this is some sort of bug that's been going around as multiple people have been experiencing it. You may want to give support a call to see if they can do anything about the 5 day wait in between adding the users back onto the account once they are removed.
