XBox Live false Connect

Hello XBox Community,

I'm TheEpicWorldOP i have a Probleme with XBox Live i must change my Pament option but my frend purchase me XBox Live Gold i dont now what he's datas is.

and can i pay with PaySafeCard?

and  i can not at all connect with XBox Live that is i cant write with my frends about this problem pls heko

G'day Epic! Let's get that billing situation sorted out.

  • Log in at commerce.microsoft.com with your Microsoft Account info - the same email and password you use to log into your Gamertag.
  • Add a new, valid payment option - Currently Credit Cards and PayPal are accepted.
  • Manage your membership from the Subscriptions tab to move your Gold membership to the new payment option.
  • Remove the old payment option once the Gold membership is no longer tied to it.


If you are unable to complete these steps, please contact our Phone Team to help you through the process. They will be able to update your account info and remove the billing suspension, if there is one. =) If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask them here! We'll be happy to help.
