Xbox Live fails to connect

So I bought a xbox not long ago and i was playing with the internet , it was working well since 3 days when i got disconnect for no reason. I tried to reconnect after and then the connection didn't worked after this, but all my computers was working perfectly so it wasn't y modem who had an error , even the wifi isn't working now on my xbox and even with the help of xboxlive support techniques i wasn't able to put back internet.

What model of console do you have? If it is the Xbox360 slim, when you go to try and connect to a network, does your console detect any networks?

He detects the wireless one but can't still connect on them with the right password and everything

Does it request you to connect a wireless adapter at all when trying to connect?

Have none of the troubleshoot steps helped on the link I previously gave you? Have you tried connecting via ethernet cable (wired connection) ?
