How many members have had their Xbox Live Gold account expiring, received an e-mail that it will expire tomorrow, then have their Live access suddenly terminate the DAY BEFORE? THANK YOU Microsoft for the great customer service.
That's probably because in order to keep things uniform the Xbox billing servers are based in GMT. If you're in the United States, that's going to hit several hours before you think it will. You're not actually losing any time, but the servers don't account
for your local time in those emails.
