Xbox live error 8015190E

Okay so this has been going on for a few months now and its really starting to irritate me. Whenever I get on Xbox I can watch Netflix,YouTube,twitch just fine but whenever I try to play gta cod and a few other mu!tiplayer games it dissconect me after 13+ minutes but sometimes it does it immidietly as soon as I launch the game. I know its not an issue with my internet because I can my laptop phone tablet on and them not loose a single bar of WiFi and for my Xbox I'm using an Ethernet cord I even tried using WiFi to see if maybe it's the cord but it still kept happening. I'm using xfinifty for my internet provider and its great internet I get like 19 latency  I've tried all the steps ive seen like clearing my system cash deleting and redownloading my profile  deleting my old Xbox live updates then re downloading them  and the error code that i I get is 8015190EE I've reset my router multiple times I'm not exactly sure what to do anymore really. Any helps much appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry to hear it.  Please try the steps at the link below.  When clearing the cache do it 3 times before moving to the next section.

I've tried all of these steps numerous amount of times.  And they did not work.

Hello, Im sorry to hear that you are having problems logging into the system using your account. I read over some of the solutions that other users have given you and came up with the next set of solutions you can try to make this problem go away. Once your Xbox Live Connection Test is finished you should be able to continue with the link i pasted above.

Since you say you already exhausted the standard troubleshooting steps like clearing Cache and re-downloading your profile, can you please try the following:

Before you start a multiplayer match, start your PC, open up a command prompt (on Windows press Windowskey + R, then type "cmd" and press Enter. On Mac or Linux open up a Terminal).

In the command prompt type:

ping www.google.com -t

(if you use Mac or Linux omit the -t option).

This should hopefully print rows upon rows of ping replies.

Now play your game, and as soon as you are disconnected, look to your PC. Did the replies significantly change during your disconnect from the game?

Well I tried these and still no help so I called my internet provider and a new router came yesterday and so far no issues ☺
