Most are available on a gold sub and some are regional.

There is a list of services, it's on the main site aswell.

If you're compiling a cross regional comparison that might be worth while.

In the mainland UK BBC iPlayer and access to Last.fm is included in the gold sub.

I suppose it may differ somewhat between regions.  I do know that some of the radio apps aren't available in Canada due to licensing agreements/laws.  I was also assuming people had gold, which I guess isn't a safe assumption either.  Even with gold, many of these require additional subscriptions or are pay per use.

HBO Go requires you to have HBO with a participating cable provider, so... do you call that the cost of having cable + HBO?

FiOS and xfinity require you have service with their respective providers.

I edited the cable services because technically they do not require you to pay to access them through xbox. Also last.fm is free for the U.S.

What do they charge to access? I am being serious too, I am genuinely asking that. Yes you need a gold membership to access them but they do not charge and additional fee.

The free internet apps, are locked behind the Gold firewall, thus not freely available. A valiant effort on your part but, you have nothing to defend. Nice ASCII sword, though... ;)
