Xbox live disconnets at random

I have been having the same problem that everyone else has been posting about for about 2 weeks now. I have read almost every post with have done every solution that has been posted by to no avail. For that reason I am posting with the necessary information.

Modem brand & model number: RCA DCM425 (provided by comcast)
Router brand & model number: Cisco Linksys E2500
If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter? White external adapter
Things you have tried: Power Cycling xbox, all network equipment, redownloading profile, reset network settings.
Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown  YES
Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT? NO ERROR
Any Error Codes you encounter: NONE
Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? COMCAST
After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)
W: 0000-0021
X: 0000-F001
Y: 20A8-4840
Z: 0000-0000
ID: FFFF-FFFF
L: 0015-10F0
Q: 8015- 100D
T: Wireless

D: 75.75.75.75, 75.75.75.76
S: WPA2
C: 149

Did a speed test and this was the result:

Nothing unusual about it and I had no problems with my xbox until the latest update.

Hey there Exile! I understand you are having some issues staying connected to Xbox LIVE. I notice that you are using a wireless connection. If you haven't already, can you try a direct connection to the modem with an ethernet cable. Also, when you say that you reset the network settings, was this on the console, or did you adjust the settings of the network hardware (modem/router)? Let me know and we'll go from there, thanks!

I have reset the network settings on the console. I will try the direct connection later when I get home.
