Xbox Live Disconnects at random

I've forwarded all the ports, added port triggers, and I don't get any NAT errors.

XBL just disconnects randomly and I've already tried restarting my router, stuff like that.

Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? WOW!
After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)
W: 0000 - 0021
X: 0600 - F001
Y:  20A8 - 2840
Z: 0000- 0000
ID: FFFF - FFFF
L: 8015 - 100F
Q: 8007 - 0435
T: Wireless
D: 64.233.217.2, 64.233.217.3
S: No security (We don't have to worry about this, we live in a very small neighborhood)

Also, I just got XBL yesterday and there was only 1 disconnect, now it's happened about 4 times today.

I'm still dropping connection, but not as bad as before with out DMZ on.

And another thing as well:

Everytime I drop a connection to XBL, the first time I try to sign back in it comes up with a basic error saying something like "Unable to connect to Xbox Live. There maybe something wrong with your connection."

Then when I try to sign in again, it signs in successfully.

Is this issue game-specific, or has it happened across multiple games? Also, are there any other people using the internet at the same time you are on XBL?

This issue has happened on all games + dashboard. Happens even if nobody is using the internet.

Alright. What is your signal strength? This can be found by testing your network, or simply viewing your networks.

My signal strength is usually all bars when it's detected by the Xbox.

My DL speed is 30 Mbps and upload is 3 mbps, if you need that information
