xbox live disconnecting

For about the past month or two ive been experiencing problems. everytime i try to play a game i get disconnected and ive tried everything and i really need help. Ive allready tried to replace the ethernet cable and router. ive restored my xbox to factory defaults and clered my system cache. ive also re downloaded my account and tried to reset the network settings and nothings worked. please help!!!

Greetings, XX T Rule XXX. Just to make sure I'm understanding you correctly it seems like you get disconnected from Xbox LIVE whenever you start a game, right? If this is the case, you will need to redownload your profile. Steps for how to do this can be found in this support article titled "Download, move, or delete your Xbox LIVE profile."
