After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" and click on "More info", what is the exact message shown on screen? There is no "More Info" Because it can connect me so all it says is everything is working fine however I just disconnect all the time and have to hit the guide button to reconnect manually.
Besides the constant disconnects which all started this week, friends are reporting my avatar on their screens is using incorrect avatar clothes, sometimes the incorrect gamerpic and incorrect gamerscore. Also on Xbox.com I see different gamerpics and different gamerscores than what I actually have.
I have not changed any of my network configurations and this just popped up this week. Everything is still working correctly because my computer hasn't experienced a disconnect and neither has my phone both of which are connected to the same internet and router, although the phone is wirelessly connected.
