XBox Live Connects, then disconnects.

When I sign on to my Xbox live it's fine.  But, after I try to play an online game or watch Netflix, ESPN, ect. I get disconnected and I can't connect to the internet again for 1-3 hours.  I have good internet, modem, and router, but for some reason my Xbox hates me right now.
