Xbox live connectivity issues

Hello All connection tests run perfectly, I'm signed in then when I try to play any game online it kicks me out saying your connection to Xbox live has been lost please sign in again When you try to sign in goes through same process again and testing connections again everything is fine Please help!

Hey there dilldad,

Please try the following solution:

  1. Sign out of your profile
  2. Delete the profile off of your Xbox 360 Console (Profile only, NOT profile and all items)
  3. Clear The System Cache
  4. Re-Download the profile to your Xbox 360 Console
  5. Sign back in
