Xbox live connection

I've got a problem with my Xbox 360 connection it keeps on disconnecting me from Xbox Live. It's very annoying.! So I've tried unpluging my livebox and pluging it back in again. It worked for like 2 hours then it kept on doing 'Connection interupted' when I play Black ops 2. And when it disconnects me from Xbox Live I go to 'Test Xbox live connection' and it says everything is connected !. I don't what a router or a modem is I got my Xbox 360 in France but I don't know what they are. Please help me !

Thank you.

Hey there bud!

Try turning your router off for a solid 10 minutes, that may help. Alternatively, have a look at the XboxLIVE Disconnect | XboxLIVE Slow | Speed up XboxLIVE link and hopefully that should help! Also, if you have an issue with MTU settings, have a look HERE how to resolve this, or improve you settings in regards to MTU. As well as this, make sure you have your UPNP enabled ( Universal Plug and Play ).

Keep us posted if any further assistance is required.

Thanks. The problem is that I don't know what a router is. And I've got a Imac so the UPNP won't work on here. I've tried the link that you've kindly put on here but I don't know what a router is so please tell me what a router is. Thank you very much for your help.
