Xbox Live Connection Test - Solid/Open Dots?

http://solutions.xbox.com/en-US/PublishingImages/01_wireless_successful.jpg

Above is a link to a successful Xbox Live Connection test.  Do you notice that the "dots" between the sections are SOLID green.  On a console that previously had NAT issues, after placing it in the DMZ, the test is now successful (no NAT error) but I noticed that the "dots" are OPEN with a green outline and the system still experiences issues on Live.  Has anyone else noticed this?  Does it mean anything?  This was observed on a Slim 4GB console (open dots), solid on Limited Edition GOW3 console.

Please don't ask questions about the router/network setup, I simply want to know if the dots being solid, or not solid, are an indicator of anything.

Hey there Supleh! to get right to your question, solid green dots means that the connection was successful, whereas empty dots may suggest a problem with that stage of the connection. Are you seeing a successful test but still experiencing problems? Let me know, thanks!

Did this solve your problem?

Sorry this didn't help.
