Xbox live connection problems

So it's completely stopped working since yesterday. Have tried to reset to default sttings- didn't work, manually enter IP/gateway etc address- didn't work, automatic - didn't work. reset modem- didn't work. Any help to actually get it up and running again would be great, thanks.

Modem brand & model number: Speedtouch 510
Is UPnP Enabled? Yes
Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT? I did and it was strict
Any Error Codes you encounter: Can't find IP address from modem, DNS server error (once)
Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? aol

Hey Diamond, very sorry to hear about the connection issues! To be clear, at what point does the connection test fail exactly? When trying to connect to the internet? To LIVE? Also, I see that you're on a wired connection--have you tried wiring directly to them modem yet, to see if the same issue occurs then? Please let us know! :-)
