I'm in the UK and I'm having issues with xbox live keep dropping out, almost like timing out but it happens regularly. For example I was playing Dead Rising the other day for maybe 10 minutes and the notification pops up that I have been disconnected from Xbox live. I use the guide button to connect again and all seems fine until a few minutes later (less time) it does it again, it seems to get more frequent as time goes on.
I have contacted my ISP for help too, I was just wondering if anybody else was having a problem and if there were anything I could do to resolve it. I am using a wired ethernet connection so we can rule out wireless drop outs.
Things I have tried:
1. Turn off IP flood detection and Firewall on Super Hub settings
2. Assign Xbox a reserved IP and put it in the DMZ
3. Turned off UPnP
4. Resetting the hub - many times.
5. Checked hub diagnostics - power ratings etc. (all are fine)
Any ideas or information much appreciated.
