xbox live cancelled?

hey guys , so today i went on xbox.ca and put a 1 month membership to my account ,then 1 hour later i called to xbox saying if they can remove my credit card and information they said sure and then a few minutes later it was removed but when i logged on to xbox after taking of my credit card i had no membership ? it just turned to sliver but i  put the 1 month before removing the card. i got no refund and i cant play online .:(

does any 1 know why? please reply thanks!

You'd have to talk to support to see if you can get it fixed. Usually if you have a credit card attached to an active gold membership it cannot be removed until your account reverts to silver or you cancel the membership. Since you called support to remove the card, they may have cancelled your membership.

but i dont get a refund , so my best luck is to contact xbox live support and see if they can fix it?

two things first

1 to remove a creditcared it cannot be on an active membership

2 that being said to remove an creditcard the membership has to be canceled

as long as there is over 1month left on the membership  then a prepaid token will be issued

if there is just 1 mnonth left then the membership is canceled

this is why they warn you if there is less amonth left

however

if a prepaid token is issued then what will happen is the membership is canceled immediately and the account will remain silver till you receive a email in 3-4business days with the prepaid token

then you get your gold back

r u serious , i just called the lady said :we cannot do anything ,sorry ,

then i said : did i just pay 10$? for NOTHING?
