Xbox Live cancelled me out!

here is my situation. I had waited for Microsoft to take out ever since I got my new card but they never did so without waiting I buy a one month subscription and they charged me twice for it I resolved this issue in where I was refunded the money but they changed my billing date to september 13 now here it is I get charged again from my last account. I called again resolved the issue. And now my Xbox live gold subscription has been cancelled when I recently paid for one.
