Funny how I called back in May about you guys trying to do this on 6-17-2011 and I said to turn it off.  Weird how I look at my bank account today to find 59.99 has magically gone missing to MICROSOFT.  Ridiculous how I have called and this is what happens, Horrible service and you guys are all pieces of *** for charging an account I had emptied because I am not using it anymore.  Now I owe my bank and overdraft fee plus your $59.99 i said not to charge.  You will be getting a customer service letter and you will be refunding my money.  I don't even play my xbox anymore.  So Tim, if that's your real name, you hastily assumed there was no renewal and for that you should get your @@@ torn!

As forums doesn't deal with billing issues you have to call back to support with the reference number from the cancelation

if you hung up before getting that number unfortunately you stoped it as you need to receive that number as it is generated at the end of the call
