Xbox live account suspension because payment is not updated

When I turned on my xbox one I noticed that my xbox live Gold was not working. I found out that my account had been suspended because I hadn't updated my credit card info. I update it and it says it will soon auto renew. My xbox live has been renewed on my transactions but is still suspended because I apparently haven't update my credit card info. An answer would be helpful thanks.

You're best bet is to contact Xbox support.  They are the people who have your account information.
