It has been almost 6 weeks now since I filed an unauthorized access claim and every week I call I get the same response that It shouldn't bee too much longer. On August 15th I got the 4,000 and 6,000 Microsoft point confirmation emails, but also received a migration to Brazil confirmation. When I called on August 15th I was told it should take up to 21 days, but it has been 39 days! A CS rep "escalated" my account last friday and said It should help and be done within the week so I called again just now and the rep said it shouldn't be much longer. I received the first email from the investigation team saying there is a delay in processing your request, so we're sending you a free, 30-day Xbox LIVE membership code that you can use to create a new, temporary account and that they may contact me within 30 days. What is going on? Why is it taking so long? Why can't the rep even guess as to why it has been almost 6 weeks?! Reading on the forum has made me very skeptical that I may never get my account back anytime soon. Has anyone had the same problem where their account was migrated to Brazil?
