Xbox help

When I log into my Xbox it asks me to sign in with my email and password so they can 'check and update the security' of my profile. I know my email and password are correct and when I type it in it accepts them taking me to a page give me the option to click 'remember my password' but straight away it dissconects me from Xbox love and says 'sorry there was a problem. Please try agains later. Code 8015011. I've tried it for 2 days straight and it's not budged. What can I do ?

Have you cleared you system cache?  Sometimes that can help: Clearing your System Cache: support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

It seems that there has been an issue with this, check the status page for updates: support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status
