xbox has faild to do my request!!!!

Ok I ring up xbox customer support and ask them to turn auto renewal off as i do nott no how to do it on xbox.com or xbox console so i ring up anyway and ask them and say can you please turn auto renewal off because i want to buy redeem meecard next time and he sed its off so you will ot be charghed.. ok I get an email sayingsomething i do not understand... does this mean i am getting banned for  even though i asked to turn my credit card off now i get email sayin something

Go to the website in the email and see what it shows for your account. If auto renewal is still turned on you will have to call support again.

did you call after the renewal date?

check your account management

 

also if you didn't call before the billing/renewal date then a charge would go thru as you didn't call before the charge.

it takes 27 days after a renewal happens and the charge not going thru before an account can be suspended for payment option

I called before .. i paid for the gold 1 month on the 29/03/2011 when does it renewing
