Xbox has been charging me for the past year!

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone can help.

I cancelled my Xbox Live subscription approximately a year ago to date. I have only just realised I have still been paying the £14.99 per 3 months for the subscription. Due to it being over a year since playing I have no idea of the email address OR password. I could inform Xbox of many other details such as card details, address etc.

I am unable to locate any form of email address and am reluctant to call at a high 'per minute' rate.

What options do I have?

As it's a billing issue you would need to contact support.
