XBOX Gold

When I first purchased my xbox 360 kinect i setup GT AlyceO and email address [REMOVED - DO NOT POST EMAIL OR MS ACCOUNT].  I cancelled the account about a year or more and just recently became a subscriber again.  I made the purchase from my Xbox 360 kinect which still shows my account with [REMOVED - DO NOT POST EMAIL OR MS ACCOUNT].  I am not sure if my GT is associated with the new Gold account and I do not remember what password I used when I originally setup my xbox 360 kinect.  I had my password for [REMOVED - DO NOT POST EMAIL OR MS ACCOUNT] reset, but does not allow me to log in.  I am using an @live.com account to access this forum. 

Please help!

Try the step here for recovering your profile.  It's also likely a good idea to edit this post to not include your full e-mail address.

I would try contacting Xbox Direct Support at 1-800-4MY-XBOX also this thread might be closed or should be considering it is very bad to post your email address on your Gamertag to such a public forum.
