Uuugggghhhhh! 3days now. XBOX acct says I am subscribed to "XBOX free" in one section and then it says I'm subscribed to "XBOX silver". WTH does this mean? Months ago, I renewed my GOLD MEMBERSHIP, and now, out of the blue it's *** up! And of course I can't watch netflix, and I can't watch my purchased videos on XBOX video, from months ago..and can't buy or rent new videos! Looked deeper in my acct history, and also says XBOX has been trying to charge an old credit card monthly for a one year MEMBERSHIP..could this be the glitch? I am so sick of this issue, it happens every few months and then usually corrects itself within a week or so.. Any advice out there besides "call customer service"? #sigh#$$$
