Xbox Gold and Account problems

Hallo,

i have many problems today with xbox live.

1. Gold-Member: I can't pay for 1 month - "Error: Sorry, you find a Problem"

2. I need my parents email adress and password to connect, i'm 18 i don't need this anymore.

3. Password incorrect: Password of my parents email adress doesn't work, how can we change it?

Hi there Nano - if you are 18, you should be able to promote the account. Check out this link for more information: support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-parental-control . Re: the error when purchasing, is this on the console or on Xbox.com? If the former, what is the exact error message?

Erhm. It's on xbox.com , if i try pay for 1 month - "Das hätte nicht passieren sollen.

Sie haben offensichtlich einen Fehler im System gefunden." It's german, i try to translate it: "That would not have happened.

You have obviously found a bug in the system."

Oh, and if try to pay on xbox, they want have password for my parents email adress, but the password are wrong all the time. but we can join web.de with this password but not xbox

Ah, okay - can you try logging into the parent account at login.live.com and see if it prompts any errors?
