Xbox doing my nut in

Right the power pack is doing what it should be doing its solid orange when it's turned off and goes white in the brief second the xbox turns on help me trouble shoot guys

Hi there!

When the light on the Xbox One power supply is white, it means that the console is on and all is well.

When the light is orange, it means that the console is turned off and in energy-saving mode.

If your console is not receiving power, make sure that all connections made to and from the console are secure.

Sorry you're having issues with your power supply. I would first suggest removing it from any power strips it could be plugged into. If that doesn't work try moving it to a different outlet. If you're still not able to boot your Xbox you'll likely need a new power supply. Go to the link below and request one there.

I've never seen that on the service center site. Make sure you're using your Windows / Xbox Live account to sign in. The same one you use on the forums.

That error you're seeing can actually be cause if you're visiting from a mobile device. Try accessing from a different computer to see if that helps :) Be sure you run through all the steps Hydro Skillet and Eden0032 provided you with though. Cheers!
