XBOX Customer Support

How do you get ahold of someone in XBOX support that can actually provide support.  I have a very simple case that has been open for an unreasonable amount of time (since July 6th 2015).  Have contacted Xbox support via twitter, online chat on multiple occasions and phone support and still have received no resolution other than 'we are working on it'  I have asked for supervisors, I have asked for the supervisors supervisor, and have gotten no where.  I'm beginning to believe that no one in the support staff has any ability or latitude to actually accomplish anything?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

 In a majority of case MS Phone Support ( is going to be your best bet for a resolution. Your post didn't exactly detail what problem you were having, but if you can provide some more information, I'm sure all of us would gladly help out if it is something we can assist with.
