How do you get ahold of someone in XBOX support that can actually provide support. I have a very simple case that has been open for an unreasonable amount of time (since July 6th 2015). Have contacted Xbox support via twitter, online chat on multiple occasions and phone support and still have received no resolution other than 'we are working on it' I have asked for supervisors, I have asked for the supervisors supervisor, and have gotten no where. I'm beginning to believe that no one in the support staff has any ability or latitude to actually accomplish anything?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
