xbox customer service

i would like an explanation as to why I have to deal with so much lag???????? I have wasted so much of my hard earned money trying to find one game that I don't have to deal with lag issues. its not my connection I am in the top 84% in the U.S.. this has become very frustrating

thanks for the help. unfortunately these are not the issues, I already bought a new router/modem because of this issue. I use a wired connection. down is 54mbs ping is 13ms

never mind Im selling my lagbox and buying a ps3. Never again will I buy a Microsoft product.

If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?
Things you have tried: 
Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown
Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?
Any Error Codes you encounter: 
Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? 
After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)

X:
Y:
Z:
ID:
L:
Q:
T:
D:
S:
C:
 


Also, is Black Ops 2 the only game you are having lag issues with?
