xbox billing error

when i try to log in to my xbox, it says to update my payment option.  i called support, they told me I needed to pay off 60 dollars.  so i got a new credit card with 80 bucks.  now when i try to change it, it says "sorry, we couldn't get authorization for this."

You'll need to contact support again for assistance. Phone support are the only ones who can handle billing issues.
