xbox ambassador loot

i am part of the ambassador program and i am level 3, problem is i claimed the sweepstake tickets for level 3 thinking i can get all the loot for all the ranks on each category. what i want to know is if i can get back to level 2 or choose another loot from level 3 i want the avatar clothes or props that they have, or can i get a rank reset??

Short answer, no. At Level 3 and Level 6, you are prompted to choose between a sweepstakes-tickets-only option, and an option that includes avatar items as well as a lesser number of tickets. These paths will 'lock' you in for the next three levels. For instance, if you choose sweepstakes tickets at Level 3, you will only be able to select sweepstakes tickets for Levels 4 and 5. After selecting a given loot path, you cannot opt out of that path. Be sure to choose wisely! all the info can be found in XCL my fellow ambassador

i didn't realize until it was to late, so you mean that i could only choose the sweepstake tickets on level 3, can i restart all over i dont have a problem with this and i have not used the 3 sweepstake tickets i have from the level 3 loot
