unfortunately no one on the forums can unblock your account. If you could please be more specific about what is being blocked. Are you able to sign into Xbox LIVE? Or were you accessing sensitive information on your account and it requested a code to continue?

Your account may have been blocked because a hacker tried to use its password on another website (major websites are trading information on hack attacks now) or multiple attempts could have been made to hack your account, or the security information could
be out of date. You've got to follow the website instructions to unblock your account, and no one with Xbox can do that. They can't, because it's really a Microsoft Accounts security issue; their forum is at
To retry unblocking:
1) Go to http://account.live.com and sign in there with the Microsoft ID (formerly the Windows Live ID), the email addresse used to create your XBL account.
2) Click on Update Email Address to replace your Microsoft ID with a new one. It may prompt you to add 'proofs', security data needed to recover your account and verify your identity. If so, please provide that information: If not, then we'll catch up in
the next step.
