Xbox Account Tenure Problem

The anniversary of this account is June 5th, 2009. So that means this account should have a 3-year Tenure right? Well iv'e been researching for a few days now and nobody seems to have my problem. My Tenure was 2 years on June 4th (4 days ago) But on June 5th around 6 P.M.-ish my Tenure went down a year?? That's right, my Tenure is now 1! *Facepalm*, it went from 2-1 when it should have went from 2-3. Please help, my Gamertag is: Depressuhns.

Also this gold membership was never effected, there was no gap from Gold-Silver-Gold. Iv'e payed for my account's Gold in 3-month cards ever since June 5, 2009. Thanks again. -_-

Strange, try contacting Xbox Support. They may be able to re-adjust it.

Greetings, Depressuhns. Can you log on to https://billing.microsoft.com to view your payment history? I'd really appreciate it if you could double check your account stats to verify that there were no lapses. If your Gold membership recently renewed I would give it a week or so to update. If you are still seeing incorrect tenure after that time, let us know. :)

All my gold was paid for from pre-paid cards so i dont really have any proof my account is 3 years, besides the few achievemnts on CoD4 or WaW i think, i know CoD4 for sure because it was the first game i ever played i think

Hey again! Just to clarify, have you had LIVE Gold for a total of three years, or have you had Gold on and off over a period of three years? The tenure is the total amount of Gold time. Also, if you've had one year and eleven months (or less) of Gold time, it would still only read 1 year; it doesn't round up or anything. Please let us know, thanks!
