Xbox 360 Slim video errors/artefacts

My Xbox is getting a bunch of video errors and artefacting - black dots, long pixelated bits of colour splurting out of my avatar, missing pixels and such.

I've tried two different HDMI cables in different ports, but still get the same thing. Both cables work fine when connected to my PC and my PS3 on the same TV.

I've also tried changing the display settings about on my console, but to no avail. Is my (under a year old) Xbox's GPU dying or is there a fix?

This actually happened to me before my xbox would just conletely freeze and give me red rings. You are going to have to send it in for repair

Ah, yes, I was afraid of that.

Well, off it goes to Microsoft then. Luckily it's still under the warranty.

Yes, your Xbox is dying. As the others said about sending it to Microsoft, do it. But I recommend exchanging it from the store you bought it at ( you mentioned it was under a year old).
