Xbox 360 power brick gone 'POP'

I was playing with my sister on her xbox 360 slim today and there was a loud pop and the console turned off. We plugged my power brick in to check if the console still worked - it did so definitely her power supply brick has died. Her console is under warranty so she registered it to issue a repair  - then we got confused as there was no option for the power brick to be returned for repair. Do we need to send the whole console and everything or can we just sent the brick?

You should be able to obtain a replacement PSU brick by selecting the Replacement Accessories box. If it's not showing up as a replacement accessory, call Support to set up a repair. The console warranty is supposed to cover everything in the box.
