You cannot have your Xbox LIVE account signed into two different consoles simultaneously. It will sign you out of the previous console if you attempt to do so.

You can sign in on one 360 and one XB1 at the same time. So using netflix on both at the same time on different consoles should not be an issue

You can sign in on different console models at the same time, but not on the same model. For example signing in on Xbox One and Xbox 360 is possible. But it is not possible to sign in on two Xbox 360 consoles at the same time or on two Xbox One consoles.

ArminatorX has it right: the restriction only applies to two of the same type of console. To put any doubt to rest, here's a direct quote:

If I buy a movie or rent a movie on the Xbox video store, could I also download that on my Xbox 360 for the price of a one time purchase?
